[SURVEY] 3 Reasons Why You Should Take our Annual Survey

MarriedPeople exists to make marriages better. And we do that by making marriage ministries better. We work with churches across the country to pour into leaders and couples.

We’ve seen some incredible results over the years—stories of life change and challenges overcome. But we know we can do better. We aim to keep getting better and impact more people.

To do that, we need your help. By your help, we mean take our survey. We want your feedback. And we’re not alone. You probably have lots of people asking you to take surveys. And your time is limited. You can take them all. Here’s three simple reasons why you should take ours.

1. You Could Win a Gift Card

So we’re not above a little bribery. Er, we mean incentive.

To encourage you to take our survey, we’re giving away $25 to five randomly selected participants. But you have to complete the survey before the end of 2018 to be eligible to win.

And we sure to include your email address at the end of the survey so we know where to send the gift card to. Use the gift card to improve your marriage ministry, or get something nice for your spouse.

2. We’ve Made It Easy For You

This survey won’t take much of your time to complete. Seriously—it won’t take you longer than 10 minutes to finish. It takes longer than that to get a drink at Starbucks.

We’ve included the survey at the bottom of this blog post. Or you can click here to fill it out.

3. It Really Makes a Difference

Honestly, we really do read your responses. And we really do apply it to the resources we create. Every year, we use this survey as a guide to what resources to create.

The more feedback we get, the more we can make our resources relevant to real churches and real couples. If you want to have an impact on what we do, take some time to fill out the survey.

Why MarriedPeople is a Partnership, Not a Product

Why MarriedPeople is a Partnership, Not a Product

Here at MarriedPeople, we like to say that we’re a partnership, not just a product. But why? What does that really mean? What’s the difference?

Glad you asked.

This is still a new concept for us. So we thought we’d put together a blog post explaining what that means and why you should care.

What is a marriage ministry product?

A product is a resource you buy once with the best intentions. It’s a small group study or leadership book that seems like the perfect solution to a problem. But then the busyness of ministry happens and you put the product on a shelf and forget about it.

Even if you do have the time to use the product, it’s up to you to figure out the best ways to implement it at your church. There’s lots of trial and error before you realize what works and what doesn’t.

We’ve all been there. And there’s nothing wrong with these products. They can be very helpful at times. But sometimes they feel incomplete. That’s where a partnership comes in.

What is a marriage ministry partnership?

A partnership, on the other hand, gives you all of the resources you need to succeed. But then, a partnership also equips you with the skills and support to execute the strategy effectively. It’s a more complete solution to your challenges.

At MarriedPeople, we have three different components to our partnership. These three elements make partnering with us a robust and comprehensive way to run a marriage ministry at your church.

  • Resources
  • Training
  • Community

We’ve recently started to put more focus on those last two elements—training and community—to set us apart. But what are some examples of that training and community?

How to partner with us

The good news for you is that most of those elements are free for anyone to use. Anyone can join our Facebook group or watch our training videos.

But to get the most out of what we discuss in the group and on the videos is to purchase our annual bundle of resources. And we’ll be with you the whole way as you implement this strategy.

Your church can make a difference in the lives of married couples. And we want to be there to help.
